Monthly property management services are 6% of rents received per month for condominium units and 8% per month of rents recieved for rowhouses and single family homes. Leasing and marketing is 85% of one full month's rent and includes photo galleries. Our leasing and marketing services are extensive and include photos and walkthrough videos as well as website listings, craigslist postings, social networking and more. We take the time to find great tenants with our extensive interview and screening process.
Unlike many of our competitors we don’t charge fees during a vacancy. Premium Management provides the highest quality management service at one of the lowest rates in town. We found a perfect balance between positive cash flow, and positive experiences for tenants and for owners. Our property management fees are highly competitive but our services are far more extensive than what you might get from the competition.
